Kia Representative was friendly and provide information on repairs or suggested repairs. Did not talk down to me as some have sometimes done in the past. Friendly and treats people nicely.

Waiting two hours was too long. The waiting room was quite well equipped but the chairs are big and deep I found that it would’ve been helpful to have a pillow behind my back. I thought the service workers were fine and it seems as though the work was done well.I liked my clean car. But a long time waiting like that causes me to miss work and that costs me money.

The service was fast and good but they failed to ensure that they put stuff back together. They replaced a part for my heater but did not put the glove box back together. Everything fell on floor out of it when I opened it

The paint job on the side of the car is horrible. The chips are still there. It looks like they just put finger nail polish over it.

I already had the codes for them to check history paid $75 for then to tell me nothing was wrong with my car. Mat was very nice about the while thing however.
