No one needs to call me to discuss. I appreciate being squeezed in for my check engine light and my oil change. It was done fairly quickly. I don’t appreciate the lack of Customer Service provided by Gino. He was extremely rude, looked incredibly angry and wasn’t willing to answer any of my questions regarding what was done due to the recall or allowing me to ask questions regarding my invoice or the cost of an oil change. He made me feel incredibly uncomfortable with his angry demeanor. I am grateful that someone else came to give me an update in a professional manner. I have noticed a very high turnover rate and decrease in customer service since change in ownership. I haven’t felt very welcomed to bring my Business or future Business. The last time I called to schedule an oil change I heard one of your employees yelling at a woman in your service department.

Our Niro is still being worked on.

Justin & Gino were very friendly & helpful answering all of my questions. I already started recommending people to Paso Robles Kia. Also, in March 2021, Lenny was very helpful as well when I got new tires & I appreciated all of their customer service!

It is a long drive from Los Alamos but it is worth it to keep my Kia in top shape. Gino was very helpful.
