My car still makes the grinding sound from the double clutch in the transmission. But it does make the sound when it’s at the dealer so nothing is done about it. I seemed to have heard and experienced the exact same sound in the conditions on a service alert thingy, yet my word means nothing unless a tech heard it. I can’t even record the sound and be believed. Lame.

Matt Miller was very helpful answering all of my questions regarding my car and also researching questions I had about financing the service done to my car. Matt kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone was very friendly as always. The customer service alone from everyone is worth the 2 hour trip I'm willing to make each time I go to Paso Robles Kia.

Great customer service. Best service from Gino. He is always accommodating with my multitude of questions. He always patiently explains every detail about my car. I feel I could become a master tech just using all his knowledge that he passes to me. He's a keeper. Should be getting double his pay. He is gold.

I love Kia of Paso Robles. I drive two hours to have my car serviced by them and it’s primarily because it’s great customer service. Have never had a bad experience there. It’s where I bought my Kia. Thanks!
