I am Chinese and don’t understand English very well. It would be good if they could explain slowly and simply what the information they gave me was. Now my friend will need to go back with the inspection and ask what it says.

They are super nice at paso Kia I bought my car at Haddad Kia in bakersfield and I will never return there at all. Paso Kia has now adopted my forte and I couldn’t be happier.
Had a 15k service. Upon receiving statement, I saw that the base charge was $16more than the listed price. This included one service declined, which is normally a $15 charge.
However, I remain very Happy with the customer service, service provided and overall experience with Paso Kia

Oil change price was significantly higher than quoted. I will call the service dept. Monday in an attempt to rectify the difference on my bill
