Service was good, but I’ve had better experience with different Associates in the past, although the assistant who help me was friendly and help me Retrieving my car when service was done . I just fell like in the past other associates went through with what was done with my car and how things are looking I just felt this time was a get in and get out Situation where he just told me the total and paid and handed me my receipt. I was disappointed that I wasn’t offer a free car wash code like other associates provided me every time in the past but overall it was ok
None of my car was codes worked.
I walked back in and was given two. Neither of them worked.
I tried calling from the car wash shortly before 6, and no one in service picked up, despite it being before six. Luckily the worker at the car wash saw I was struggling; swiped me in.
And because it took so long to get thru the car wash, the vacuums were gone so I couldn’t clean out the inside of my car.
With such a headache, why am I paying dealer prices for routine work?
