I was a little disappointed with two things. The free car wash was closed, so I got nothing. The other is the lack of a real resolution with respect to the cover on the windshield camera. I was told to talk to insurance, again. Given how far I have to drive for this location, the result was not too good.

Mr. Granados was a really helpful agent. He answered to all my questions and explain to me step by step what was done to the car at the same time he gave me a really good estimated time and that allowed me plan ahead. I felt like if I was talking to a friend ????
