Great job! Very straightforward. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Found out the rear brakes had to be replaced. Had them done, and actually got my car (for the first time) at the time he said it would be ready! Thank you!

We took our car in to have the timing actuator replaced, as our own mechanic told us it needed to be replaced but did not have the tools to do so. Ahmed called us on the second day and was adamant that the car just needed an oil change and he specifically told us that the actuator was checked and it was fine. On the third day, we received a text saying that the actuator needed to be replaced. We did not feel that he took our concern seriously and this problem took 4 days to be resolved, despite us voicing our concerns on day 1 and repeatedly throughout the process.
