My vehicle was done sooner than expected. Israel was very nice.
You knew the problem when I came in, then I was told it would be 3 more days to fix. On Monday I called, not metro, was disconnected twice. Finally I spoke to the "manager" who said they didn't finish the diagnostic, but didn't have the part. It's on back order with no idea if and when it will come in. So I carry on with a back door that won't close. Terrible communication.

So far I have been pleased with the service I have received at Metro Honda.
The first person I dealt with was kind of rude. The service team looked at my vehicle and told me that it was 175 when I got an extended warranty through claremont Toyota and for me to go to Honda because I was under 60k miles. I go no one greets me I wait 45 minutes until I say something. Then they say oh it is your brake rotors nothing we can do. Then they say of we can't do anything with your car we need more time they then do not have any loaner vehicles or anything. Worst customer service every and I worked at a dealership.
