Steven Padilla was great. He was professional, attentive, and courteous. My car was done in the estimated time given. I appreciate how Metro never tries to sell me more than I need.
I had a 10am appointment with Mark Gray. He was notified 3 times that I was there and waiting. He never came out to see me or even made the effort. I could see him from where I was waiting. I just saw him sitting at his station doing paperwork. After 20 minutes of waiting I finally asked for another service rep.
I will never request Mark Gray again.

I was scheduled at 8:30a.m and was there on time. I was seen 1 hour from the appointment time. Why make appointments if clients who are scheduling aren’t a priority. I wasn’t aware the service you provided was first come first serve despite being scheduled. I left my job thinking the process would be quick and to the point but lost an hour out of work instead. One way or another, please don’t give appointments or make please make appointments priority to show you have pride and respect the customers time out of their day.

The Service Advisor Estela is great. The communication from the Technicians is horrible. My car was there 3 times and I was told a different story each time. Then I was suppose to receive a call regarding the mid communications and no one has the decency to follow up and call.
They would not replace my battery on my newly purchased certified vehicle. The service tech lost my key which I still do not have. Have requested to speak to a manager three time and still have head nothing. Extremely unsatisfied.
