Estrella did good work in accepting our vehicle for service and we we told that she would call us following day at 11 am. No phone or text was received so after a few hours we tried to reach Estrella or honda service department and discovered that Estrella was “out” on sick leave. We call honda service numerous times but only received voice mail on busy signal or placed on excessive hold time. We got into contact with service manager Tony for help. We we dissatisfied in this respect. However, the following day Steven provided us suburb or excellent service,

We were Very impressed with the service advisor, Jim Boyd. He made Many calls to State Farm to get our car fixed correctly. He also kept us informed on the goings on with any updates.The car was fixed and cleaned to bring home.

The piece needed to repair my problem was out of stock and unfortunately there was no eta available. I would really appreciate it if I could be called asap as commuting with no AC is harsh.
