Excellent customer service
I was pleased the job was performed. A little surprised they had to order a tire and take a full day to replace. I expected a bit sooner of a turn around. They could use of a shuttle or be a little more accommodating to people that need a ride picking up their cars.

Before I had Nissan and the people I did not care for the Ford Company in Tulare are amazing the service is great the people are down to earthThey are there to help you not play games amazing to find good people willing to help you and in turn you have a better day it was great thank you I was there about one hour the car was fixed I only had a change oil but they check the whole car and everything was good thanks again
