I now I must have expectations but your team seems to be all around lacking in personal touch of customers. But maybe that's just to one you don't now . I am un sure why as a service spot you don't make a attempt to try to determine when making appointments what parts you might need to have on hand . Kinda makes it seem like you all are lost when you make a appointment and then don't have parts customer may think man thay new I was coming in and didn't try to get parts and just maybe even ask if a customer need a ride home I never been asked one time since I been I.
