I thought that the service was great. I like the text updates. My issue was that I received a text that said “you can always reply to this message if you have any questions or concerns”. After a couple of days of no updates I replied with a very specific question, and received no reply. That was Wednesday then on Friday I asked for a update. Then finally I received a text that the car repair was complete. Which I appreciated but for the text updates to work there should have been a response to my questions. But again I was satisfied with the overall experience.

He spotted some serious problems during my requested safety check and referred them to us for repair approval. He even cleaned the undercarriage after finishing. Please give him our thanks.
