I just wish that when you schedule an appointment at 10am and the service should only take .6 hours according to all the forums I read. That I would not have to waste my whole day driving around town waiting for my car to be finished 6 hours later!

Extra day there and the bill was not correct to what I was told. This was not a good experience compared to the last time. I really want you to be my Ford repair facility but I now have concerns.

After picking my truck up last week the remote start stopped working. I disconnected the battery and it fixed that problem. Then I noticed the sun roof/shade would not open. Brought it in and they claim it had nothing to do with the emissions recall and was probably because I disconnected the battery. I was then charged $150 to reprogram the sun roof. Seems strange that these things were fine till the recall was done.
