It was out of control of service department but the parts delayed really made it hard to not have a car for a long time with no rental available.
Dropped off the vehicle first thing at 7:30am. Had to call in at 2:30pm to check the status. Wasn’t ready until 4:15pm. All it needed was the basic oil change and works package. Didn’t really mind the waiting time just would have liked to get a status in the vehicle so on could plan to go pick it up.
Very good service. With service like this I would definitely be back.

By far the worse experience thus far, we trusted you guys with our vehicle, spent close to $3000, only to have your mechanics make a careless mistake, which cost us another 4 days without our primary vehicle. This should not be acceptable in your line of work. No compensation or any other type of help was offered even though it was your mistake..

Car was supposed to be repaired but overheated a mile away from shop. Had to have car towed back to dealership. I also had washed the car prior to taking it to dealer and when the car was returned it was filthy.
