Everything was great, but the only issue was that they were going to install a cabin air filter and engine air filter without our approval. I would appreciate it if they would have called and asked us if we wanted these services before they would install them, since they were an added cost from what we were quoted.

Waited 6 months or better for part. And if I didn’t call no one would have called me. Also when appointment came no text no call. Then when completed I had to call them for a pick up date and still I get a text 5 days later telling me to pick up my car that I have been driving the whole time. Terrible lack of communication to customers. But boy when I wanted to buy I though I was going to get molested. So I see mind set of this organization.

My appointment was at 9 o’clock. They didn’t even take my car in until 950 so rather than getting done around 10 o’clock I didn’t get my car back until almost 11. I wish they would’ve just told me to come at 9:30 or 10 I wouldn’t have wasted all that time waiting.

Please talk to the tech about cleaning up in the vehicle. He left the old reminder sticker in the center console, should have been thrown away.
