Diana and her service department were professional, prompt, and passionate about their work. My car had been looked at by other mechanics and the vehicle was not repaired correctly until I visited Metro Acura. Dealing with an intermittent electrical problem can test even the best technicians patience, skill, and understanding. I know this first hand because I myself am a technician with a mechanical background. Diana spoke with upmost praise and respect for her technicians and was very open and provided frequent clear to understand updates with me during the diagnostic process. She made me feel like my problems were important to her and her team, and really listened to what I had to say. A very special thank to the team at Metro Acura, keep up the great work guys!
