Went for an oil change. Was told other issues needed to be addressed. Mentioned to service rep that we purchased extended warranty and he was going to confirm. Left dealership still not knowing if work needed was covered under the extended warranty. Call rep that same day to confirm and was told yes it was but parts need to be ordered. Asked him to let me know the date these parts would be in. Asked about a loaner and was told if we schedule something a few weeks out, a loan would be available. Called the next day to schedule an appt and was told they were going to get back to me on when the parts would be in. Still not received a call back.

1) I had an appt for the B12 service ( which includes changing the cabin filters) however as I was waiting I was told one of the filters needed to be ordered because they did not have it. This frustrated me because the filter is part of this standard servicing and I had an appt- so it seemed ridiculous that I had to wait for the part to be ordered when it should have been ordered the previous day. 2) I was told the under carriage cover (not sure that’s the exact name of the part) was cracked and was given an estimate so I could discuss it with my husband. I’d had zero problems with this, but shockingly about a mile after leaving the dealership I heard a terrible scraping sound. While I believe their was a crack to the undercarriage cover or whatever it is called, I was not having a single issue prior to bringing my car in. It seems quite strange that I left with my car in worse shape than when I took it in. It felt like perhaps whoever discovered the crack decided to make it worse so I’d have to come right back and spend the $500. There was zero scraping sound and nothing dragging before I took my vehicle in. Definitely not a way to keep my business.

From previous experiences of services done to my vehicle I always get a detailed explanation of what services were done to my vehicle once the service is complete, even if I am aware of what is being done. Representative seemed bothered as if he's lunch was being ruined when he has me fill out paperwork to return my vehicle. In addition back seats were folded down and not put back up. No clue why if the service completed was for informatic system. Thus an explanation of what was done to my vehicle would have been nice. And not waiting about 10 minutes as one representative worked to assist all guests, which that representative working is always great when working with her. First time working with Fernando and not a great one.

Diana work was excellent. But Mechanic subsequent repair restrictions are too expensive. So please cut the labor price in half. Thank you for your hard work.
