It took longer then I expected as I waited for my vehicle at the dealership.
The waiting area was very accommodating and comfortable, I was able to get some computer work done while waiting.

My 2020 MDX vehicle has been service at metro acura for electrical issues. Unable to identify the cause of failure, a Honda Corporation field expert was called for assistance. The expert also not able to identify cause of failure. Metro staff performed well within its expertise and the issue(s) are with Honda Quality Control and/or assembly line methodology.
Shame the parts for the speaker system were not available and will wait until the two items are available. Not Diane’s fault. Not problem bringing the car back in for two items identified.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I came home yesterday and my wife informed me that the windshield wiper in the rear broke off and missing. The windshield wiper in the rear must have broke in the Acura car wash. I have to return back on Friday. My service manager was Diana
The experience was great but the broken windshield wiper in the rear was a bummer. I have to spend time driving back to get something fixed that wasn’t my fault. I know accidents happen but it would be nice to get credit or something comped by Acura. - Andrew and Tricia Dela Cruz appt was on Wednesday at 4pm

My car was not returned in the condition it was received by your dealership. I sent an email an bout this and I’m tired of repeating myself. Things just so “happened” to be wrong with my car as soon as they were touched by your technicians. Look up the records.
