I waited too long. I checked in 11:57am. Them nobody talk to me after i checked at around 2pm tfernando said about almost dione 10 more minutes. He let me sign the paper works and then did not even explain what is going on with my vehicle and what happen to multti vehicle check. And then whren i saw the paper it says he gave me back the car at 1251 what i lie. Then i waited that he said 10more mins. That is 2pm alteady i left at metro acura at 310 pm. He return my car after 3 hrs wait for a simple B1 service. I’ve been an acura costumer for a long time. This is the first time it happen to me.

My car was in your service department over a week. The time it took to repair was not an issue. The issue was a highly frustrating lack of communication from my service advisor. Also frustrating and inconsiderate was not being offered a loaner vehicle but rather told a loaner was not available and not being followed up with to see if I needed one. I have been a Metro Acura service customer for over 15 years and have had exceptional service up until about 3 or 4 years ago. This was, by far the worst experience I have had at Metro Acura.
Horrible service experience. Will never buy another Acura vehicle
