Went it for a minor service they found a nail in my tire they gladly removed the nail patched it only for the patch to now work and now I’m stuck with no car and no way of taking my newborn baby to the doctors Monday morning! The service consultant was little to no help I took the tire somewhere else via tow truck to try and get it repaired and was told me it’s unrepairable due to the fact that the person that made the repair grinded the tire to low to the point where the metal wires are exposed and Unable to make repairs.

I was given an eta of 12:30pm to pick up my car. I did not hear back from the service person after that time. At 1:30pm, I had to go to the desk to ask about my car. They said that car is not done and waiting for Car Wash. They did not give me warning that it would be delayed. I had to cancel the car wash and leave with my car. I would appreciate better customer service and communication.

I was told that my car would be available at 12:15 yesterday after being washed. Diane did not follow through with making sure I got my car on time as I barely made my appointment which I explained to her. She did a very good job taking care of me up to that. Please do not be to hard on her.
