Parts left uninstalled in the car. Extremely long wait time. Terrible customer service, person who answered my call didn’t seem to care at all about parts left in the car. Worst experience at any car dealership ever.

Arturo was great. Helpful and friendly. However this dealership needs to provide transportation for their customers if you don’t have an available shuttle driver. The dealership could have easily paid an Uber to drop me off at work. Instead I had to arrange this myself. As a new Acura owner It is very disappointing to know that Toyota provides customers with Uber and Lyft rides if the shuttle is unavailable. I did expect better from Acura as a high end brand.
