Fernando has no customer service and not listening to what the customer said. This is the longest time ive waited for my car. I do the service here since i bought my car last 2011. I told him not to wash the car but he is not listening. when i asked him is the car done he said its in the car wash. He did not even apologize that he forgot not to wash the car. One of the customer also came to him bec. her car is outside already he has no customer service at all.He does not deserve his position to be a. manager.
