I don’t believe the service rep was willing to listen to my request for advice re seat positioning during my visit. I asked for advice on programming sear positioning. He said that issue had to be addressed by the technician at the tune of $180. I find it somewhat astonishing that the dealership would not offer some basic advice on its product that involves pushing the fob and seat control. I would also say that his bedside manor was lacking as the face Of the service department .

The service is good as ever. I purchased my MDX at your dealership in November, 2013 and it has been serviced there since I got it. I’ve seen three managers and many service advisors. Today I observed that the staff is not as friendly as the past.
