You guys are awesome, I had bad luck with my 2017 MDX , which I bought from another dealership, but I took it over here and I was taken care of by Fernando, despite the fact that I had to bring it back over 6 times, it was for a different issue everytime, but Fernando did an amazing job and made sure to check the warranty for every single issue, all the issues were taken care of including a new trans, new struts, new backup camera, wheel alignment and even took care of rattle issues that I had in the dashboard, and I didn’t have to pay any single penny, mainly because I had a certified pre-owned which comes with an amazing warranty.
On top of all that, Fernando never left me without a car, he always prepared a loaner for me, and those loaners are the latest models of the MDX, RDX, and I even got the honors of being the first driver of a brand new 2022 TLX
Fernando turned my bad luck with the car, to an awesome experience through the journey of getting everything fixed
