Service took too long I had an appointment @10:45 I did not receive my car till about 2:10 3+hrs for an oil change and trip inspection when I was told 1hr up to 1hr and 30min. I never had an oil change take 3+hrs

Service manager was quick to check me in. Made sure the appropriate service was done and completed. The promised time was spot on and I received a text indicating my car was ready fir pickup.
Service was great as always. Disappointed my car couldn't be fixed in the manner I had hoped but that is not the fault of Fernando or anyone at Metro Acura.
I had a nice experience, Fernando was nice and very pleasant. I liked the quick service I received.
I was miss quoted on services not needed, furthermore I was mis quoted twice.
1. Vehicle was not diagnosed correctly
2. Mis quoted on price
1 sales manager, 2 service reps ,and one technician later. I was able to diagnose issue myself. I am not a mechanic by the way. I went in for an oil change. I already received a full refund for services rendered. If I do receive a callback, I would like to hear from the GM or owner of this independent owned dealership.

Overall excellent service
I never got a text or call that my vehicle was ready. Also I felt i needed to ask for answers. I informed them about the vibration of my steering wheel. When i picked up my car he just said your car is ready. Everything is at 100. I asked about the vibration and he said the part is in back order. He didnt take the time to explain expection report. This is not the first time i get a car service there. But yes its the first time getting Fernando as an advisor.
