I am so happy with the care & service Larry Strachner provided me on our Honda CRV. I give him an A+ in how he listened to my concerns about our car, explained in detail what was wrong with it & helped me prioritize the repairs and provided prompt updates & service. I really like that he followed up for an oil change/further repairs that were needed. He helped me get my daughter’s car back in order for safe driving, which gave my great peace of mind. He is always polite & respectful and I really trust his judgement. I feel valued as a customer and because of this, will only use Weir Canyon Honda/work with Larry for our current Honda care & any we purchase in the future. Service was excellent, you called me in a timely manner to inform me of the delay and I appreciated that.
Bruce was very polite and courteous. I waited for 2.5 hrs without hearing anything regarding the status of the problem for my car. I understand that it took the technician a long time to figure out what was wrong, but quite honestly, I’m not sure why because my husband made a guess just based on the sound the car was making. I was at the service center for over 5hrs for an issue that took 2 hrs to fix with an appointment that started at 8:15 (on time) and ended at 1:45. I just would have appreciated a little more communication in the wait.
