The biggest frustration I had with this recent visit had nothing to do with my service rep but rather how I was not told in March 2026 when I took my car in that 3 of my tires were in need of replacement. It was then brought up on June 1st when I had my car serviced for a bad battery. The estimate given to me by the tire specialist did not match the amount of time it took to get my car completed. The delay in offering me a loaner so I could get to work caused me to be 6 hours late, forcing me to use PTO that I did not want to use.
Jesus was very polite and apologized for his delay in contacting me with an update on my car. He told me they were short 4 service advisors but waiting almost 4 hours for an update on something that shouldn’t have taken that long, in addition to not receiving reply’s to my 2 texts or answering my 2 calls was hard.
I was very satisfied with the service provided by Bruce Richard. He was very friendly, competent and helpful!

It seemed like total chaos in the morning. A lot of customers came in all at once. As soon as Bruce introduced himself everything fell into place. Super quick and friendly service without feeling rushed. Answered all questions and concerns. Overall A+ service!
