Hands down the best Honda service experience I’ve had. Larry is professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what my car needed without any pressure or upselling. His honesty really stood out, which is rare in auto service.
The work was done right the first time, and communication was excellent throughout. I left feeling confident and taken care of.
If you have a Honda and want someone you can trust, this is your guy and dealership. Highly recommend.

I found the positive battery connection loose. Had to tighten myself. I also don't prefer the tech did not wipe away most of the residual leaked oil from surfaces. How will I know if a new leak starts?

Vehicle was serviced promptly! My service coordinator even helped me out by placing a quarter of gas in my tank which happened to be on empty. An oversight on my part on a busy day and he aided me in this so I could make it to the gas station. So kind
