Jesus was great. Constant communication throughout. Took me out to show me the issue which was really helpful. Offered a courtesy car knowing the car would have to stay a while. Great customer service. Mahalo!

I didn't like the fact that my rep automatically added on a tire rotation, without asking me first if I have had my tires rotated. I should have been asked first if some other company takes care of my tires. He just assumed, which is never good. Also, he said it was time for my fluids to be changed. Again, he never asked me if I had my fluids changed recently. Again, he assumed and did not ask. Not good! In fact , I had my fluids changed last year with another company. But, he did not know this, because he did not ask me. He needs to communicate with the owner of the vehicle to have better service and communication.

The service Advisor Larry was very nice and professional. There wasn’t a huge wait to get my car serviced it was done rather quickly compared to my last oil change where I waited 2 hours at the other Honda dealer off 57 freeway in Anaheim. The only complaint I have is was my oil change really done or just signed off? Because my dash still says 30% when I took it to get oil change and left still has 30%. I purchased my car there but live in La Habra. At that time I was in area just got off freeway headed home.

I was told that the car would be washed if it had service. The car was not. It was in service from 12:30 till 5pm. It was a disappointment to receive it unwashed. I have only had the car for 6 weeks.
