As always, fantastic customer service. You preemptively checked my SC, found a small leak and fixed it no charge. You paired my phone to my car. WCH is the only place I’ve taken my cars for decades. I appreciate the convenience, service, and excellent work.
Weir Canyon is my favorite dealership. I’ve been going there for over 15 years and have consistently had excellent customer service. Jesus has been my service manager for a few years now and is always excellent.
My car is now shaking when o brake at high speeds when driving in the freeway. I have to bring it in again which is a bit of a hassle.

I scheduled a 7:00 am appointment but it did not seem that your staff was ready to receive clients. I was on a tight schedule and had to ask to get service, finally they took my car at 7:20. I told them I needed to be done by 8:00 and was assured that would work but at 8:20 I had to ask for my car . If you are going to schedule 7:00 am appointments you need to be ready to serve clients.
I have a Honda lease and this is my 5th Honda in a row so many years of being a client but I was very frustrated today and done with Honda.
Communication was awful. Took my car in at 9am to a diagnostic on an intermittent check engine light. He said 3-4 hours. I called back at 11 to confirm that I will need the car by 1pm because I need to pick up my kids from school and he said it will be done. I comeback at 1:30 and my car was never looked at. I told him by 11 if they are not able to work on it by 1pm that I was just going to pick it up and bring it back some other time but he said it will be ready by 1pm but it wasn’t. Bad experience overall
