This was one of the worst experiences ever my car needed service and we toke it in and they told us needed a day so we were going to pick it up because they said it would be ready in the same day but when we went they said it wasn’t ready so we had to wait until the next morning. The 2 day nobody called or gave us info on what’s happening and nobody was picking up the phone or calling and then later we came back in the evening to check in the car and someone to help us and then we got the car back.we were trying to talk to Bruce he didn’t answer his phone we sent multiple messages and he was supposed to give me ride but I never got it I stayed 3 days in the same week with no car if I can give them 0 stars I would it was very frustrating to drop ur car off and then not know anything for the next 2 days
