Thank you so much for replacing my flat tire so I could get to work. I appreciate your taking the time to check the warranty and sending me the picture of that huge thing that lodged in the tire. I'm so glad I get my car serviced in the best dealership. Takes the stress out of these mishaps. Very grateful, thank you!

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received at Honda, particularly at this location. I typically visit the Westminster or Rancho Santa Margarita locations since I live in Mission Viejo, but I decided to try this location due to its proximity to my work. Unfortunately, this experience was far below expectations. During my first visit, two caps under the hood were not properly reinstalled, which my dad later noticed. Additionally, my driver-side door was left with black oil stain marks. I had to return to have this addressed, as Jeffrey overlooked it, and there appeared to be a lack of proper supervision from Jesus. Beyond these issues, I did not feel that my concerns were handled appropriately, and I am now left dealing with additional problems with my vehicle. Overall, the level of care, attention to detail, and customer service I experienced was unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter further, as this experience does not reflect the level of service I expect from Honda.

I had a fantastic service experience at Weir Canyon Honda, thanks to Iman. When I first arrived, their computers were down, which could have easily turned into a frustrating situation. Instead, Iman came out to greet me within just a couple of minutes and immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Despite the technical issues, he kept everything running smoothly and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. He was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and professionalism, which made a big difference. Iman truly turned what could have been a stressful visit into a seamless and positive experience. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to come by. I highly recommend working with him if you visit Weir Canyon Honda.
