10/10. Give my man a raise and throw him a pizza party. Also full stop with the “coupon” nonsense. I know y’all don’t apply no coupons and you say it just to appease the customer before stating the cost that’s been overly inflated. Just give it to me straight next time fr. I literally don’t care and will pay.

Data taking and inputting by service staff take way too long. When I asked why paper work time is so long he said all data input to program. What ever is reason dealership service processing is slow and too long for customer to agree on waiting 2 hours for oil change is too long to wait. Tad kamiya

Thank you so much for replacing my flat tire so I could get to work. I appreciate your taking the time to check the warranty and sending me the picture of that huge thing that lodged in the tire.
