Your representative was great but having to wait 3 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment was really excessive. I drive from Chino to keep my business at the dealership where I purchased the car but it’s likely I will go elsewhere given the wait time. I want to say again the representative was great.

I purchased two new tires but they did not look like new tires. The side walls were dirty. There was a lot of grease where the tire meets the rim. I had to wipe them down to remove all of the grease and spray a tire cleaner to make them look decent. Tires are expensive and a customer should not have to clean them to look like new.
