Oil change satisfied, Tire rotation not satisfied ????, woke up to a flat tire, called AAA to assist with the flat. Drove to tire shop, they couldn’t see anything wrong with tire. Keep an eye on it. I called dealership twice to speak to manager Cory, spoke to Bruce first said he would call me back in 30mins, no call back , called back 2 hours later spoke to Bryan do I believe said he left for the day. I would appreciate a call back also compensation as well. This did cause a lot of trouble for me a single woman and daughter who work hard to pay our bills and drive in 1 hour away for oil changes that I paid for in my contact and another hour to get back home.
Marc is the best, thorough, attentive, friendly, and everything that he does for a customer Is impeccable! Marc is a huge benefit to Weir Canyon Honda!

I was very pleased with the service provided by your advisor, Iman Azimi. He went out of his way to help me understand the problem I came to have serviced. The service report claimed tires and under the hood parts were all checked including tire wear and pressure. However after driving less than 4 miles after the service I got a low tire, drivers side front & rear, warning. So now I have to have that issue resolved. Not happy!
