My overall experience this time was absolutely horrible. There was a recall on my car when i first called to schedule they told me unless it’s a longer service they don’t do rentals and if they do they charge me for it. I’ve never been charged for a rental for a service issue. Then I came in for an appointment for a loaner and drop off my car and they told me they had no car for me so after i had already been there 30 min they cancelled my appointment. Then I finally got everything straightened out i dropped off my car on a Thursday and i was told id get a call when my car was done. I received a text on Saturday that it was ready but never a call and i had received 2 before i even dropped my car off that my car was done, so i waited for a call. Monday I never received a call and i called and they said they had no record of my car being done or even a service needed to wait till Tuesday when my rep would call me. He never called so Wednesday i called back and was told yes it’s done. At this point it had gotten into my busy days and i wasn’t able to make it in till Saturday. Saturday i called again to confirm and was told again they had no record of anything being done but to wait for my rep. He called me back and said it was ready. I filled the tank and brought the car back. Typically when my car gets serviced by Honda it’s a quick service and they charge my car and clean the outside for me. This time the car wasn’t charged and was returned back to me so dirty after sitting there for a week and a half. Very disappointed and it’s not the first time my service here has been a horrible experience
