I was upset because they didn't repalce everything that needed to be replaced when it was a factory issue and nothing I did or anything regarding warranty. I wanted my wife to get a GMC and now because the service I was given I changed my mind. I called the number they suggested and I am waiting for a call back.

Very happy with the folks at the dealership very helpful and attentive. I’m just upset that my new $83,000 truck needed service the day after I picked it up. But Fertilizer happens.

Parts weren't in stock for the 2nd time for an ac repair. First, the condenser, then the hoses. Ac parts are a common repair and it seems a dealership should have them in stock. And it would have been a nice gesture to take something off the labor since it was the 2nd $1200 repair on the ac in 2 months. Not blaming the dealership but a little break would have nice since it was the ac again in less than 2 months
