Alexander Kline has been my service writer fior many years. He is professional and knowledgeable. He has always gone out of his way to take care of my vehicle and myself at every opportunity when I have come into GMC Coral Springs. I just might get another GMC lease because of him. Only one of the four warranty items I had on my list was fixed. And it took 3 weeks, three follow up phone calls on my part and the last time I just dropped in and saw the service manager. It was fixed that same day.
