I had to come in to drop my car off for service the next morning. I was delayed by a personal matter at the dealership, but in the meantime the service department went ahead and serviced my vehicle so I did not have to make another trip back the next day it was ready to go home with me when I was ready to leave The service department was wonderful. Fast professional service.

Jessica is a great service manager and always treats me well. Having said that I was disappointed that it took four separate appointments to resolve the issue I was experiencing. I ended up getting a new battery new spark plugs and finally fuel injectors to fix the blinking sensors. The final bill was the icing on the cake!

Jessica was very kind and compassionate about my dilemma, however the problem with the check engine light coming on wasn’t resolved. I left with it off but as a traveled today to Virginia, it came on within an hour of leaving the shop. I will be in upon my return later next week to speak with a manager. Thank you.
