Jesus was friendly, attentive, and responsive throughout — genuinely appreciated his communication. Unfortunately the third party vendor contracted for my wheel repair performed shoddy work that didn't come close to a professional cosmetic match, and more concerningly, left permanent paint on my rotors, calipers, and tires. My brakes are currently compromised as a result. The service team's hospitality wasn't the issue — the vendor they chose was.
