Actually Jesus Jr. did a great job in making sure I did not have to wait too long and taking care of me. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was that the newly installed tires were filthy in spite of my car being "washed" and I did not receive the Michelin tire warranty paperwork.

The waiting time was too long (from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM) due to my mistake of not making an appointment in advance!!! I've been a customer for over 10 years, and the office has never required me to make an appointment before!!! You should have sent me an email informing me that I needed to make an appointment...!!! But anyway, it's all in the past. Next time I will make an appointment in advance. Your dedication to your work and your customer service spirit are exceptional! The staff and technicians are very professional... even though I had to wait a long time, I am very satisfied and very happy, especially because the car's problem, "AUTO IDLE STOP IS NOT ENGAGING," which hadn't been working for two years, has now been fixed by you! I am very grateful. Thank you very much.

Brian always provides excellent customer service. The maintenance I scheduled for an oil change, transmission flush and brake service were done quickly and my vehicle was washed before it was delivered back to me. I will continue to have Weir Canyon Acura complete all of my vehicle maintenance needs!

Brian did find. The issue is in two months I had to call roadside assistance to jump a dead battery including today. Brian did a in depth battery test and said the battery was good. I asked about the alternator test and I was told if the battery tested good the machine doesn’t test the alternator. So I told Brian next time the battery dies I will call roadside assistance and have the car towed back so they can check the alternator. This should not be happening. I’m disappointed that Acura isn’t proactive to correct this issue. If you have questions please contact me!!

I’m so grateful and appreciative for everyone at Weir Canyon Acura service DEPT. Brian Tritz always is so helpful in assisting and answering all my questions and concerns. Before new years I directly called him regarding my Acura. He advised me on what to do before I brought it in today. I’m astonished on his service skills. I came in late this morning and he took me in and i was out in in an hour with a new battery and oil chenge ready to get to my 11:30 appointment.
