I felt the service itself was good; however, all notifications were handled by email, and I would have appreciated a personal phone call. Additionally, when I had my car towed in, it would have been helpful for someone to acknowledge me and let me know they would be with me shortly.
At that time, another service advisor appeared rushed to leave for lunch, and several people walked by while I was standing there with the tow truck driver, yet no one offered assistance. As someone familiar with customer service in this industry, I feel the overall communication and customer acknowledgment could have been better.
