A friendly greeting by Brian at the time of arrival. He explained the details of service to be performed, provided a loaner vehicle to avoid any disruption in my day. I received text communication while the car was being serviced and at the time my vehicle was ready for pickup. Brian made sure my vehicle was washed and ready at the time I arrived for pickup.

I had requested car wash but it wasn't performed upon pickup. Also, I was under the impression that the technician will be topping off all fluids as necessary but it wasn't done either. Brian had mentioned on the notes for technician. Brian did excellent job on his part.
