Jon was wonderful. A gentleman and genuinely caring and in every way helpful as he could be. 2 things made me not completely satisfied (neither of which reflect on Jon). Long time to get diagnosed, part on backorder, mechanic's family emergency all contributed to my being without my car for 4 days. After the 3rd day I was offered a loaner and I understand that some things are beyond our control, but this was majorly inconsistent with my previous experience and a genuine disappointment. The 2nd thing was the apparent lack of understanding on your mechanic's part. I had reported that, after my 12v battery died, I was only getting 5 charts on my dashboard info screen where previously I had 8. I was initially told the problem was my hybrid battery had run its course after 130k miles. However, I had the hybrid battery replaced a year or so earlier (not by Toyota). In the end, driving away I noticed I still had only 5 charts. When I went to my manual, I discovered this was the default and I simply needed to go to my settings to add the other 3. I really think this is something the mechanic should have known. I've been a loyal customer for many years. Between my wife and myself we've had at least 6 cars purchased and serviced at your dealership. Needless to say, my experience this week gives me pause. If we return for our 7th Toyota, it will be largely because of Jon's gracious service
