My appointment is was supposed to be with Erica but at the end Bob was taking care of me and he did a great job!!
It took 2 hrs to change my oil and my car smells like a dirty shop rag. It was a poor experience and I will not be returning or recommending the dealership to anyone I like.
I just bought my RAV4, and upon it being handed off to me I found pine needles under the hood and in the cabin filter along with a moth infestation in the car. I have been in contact with my salesman Steve regarding these issues and a handful of others

My truck was in for a recall and I asked to have the phone link system repaired through my stereo because it keeps dropping calls and for some reason the phone stays connected for maps and music but the phone drops after a few minutes and has been doing so for almost a year. Once I left the dealership I called Simone and within a minute the call was dropped again. The service writer was going to inquire about possible causes today and get back to me.
You guys are great...that is why I have bought so many Toyota’s there!!!

Mr. Sanchez did a great job. My critiques: The interior of the loaner vehicle was really dirty, and my vehicle smelled on return. Invest in some Ozium (not the 'new car smell' one, get the original) and keep the loaners nice. Was impressed with the new service bay, I want those garage doors. Impressive operation on a whole. Well done Galaxy.
I have a disability in my foot.The lady at the cashier's desk noticed this and asked the young man to bring my car to the door. This was very considerate of both of them. Attention to detail, I love it. Thanks So Much
He was rude, not personable, grumpy, and unnecessary talking like he was on edge. Please don’t schedule him to be my advisor ever again.
My car and I were in good hands. Bob even secured my coffee thermos I mistakenly left on his desk. Job well done, from setting up appointment to pick up. Also smoothing out snag that was my fault with loaner while recall work was done. Thanks guys
