Question for Phillip: Can you install the map screen software? Nothing comes up under the map button on the Touchscreen Display. Toyota website says it's standard equip on all RAV4's. Thank you, Alan L

My husband and I were a little hesitant to bring our old RAV4 to dealership as we like dealing with our smaller mechanic but thought it was worth a try to deal with an issue he could not help us with. We were so fortunate to land in Bob Majkowski’s hands! He communicated with us and was very personable throughout the whole process. We could tell he really wanted to resolve the issues for us and he did! Our Rav’s issue has been fixed and it just passed inspection!!! Can’t say enough about Bob! Bob is truly an asset for your team and we hope he is treated like one of the best Also special shout out to Maria who has excellent customer service, friendly and always personable as well- another asset for sure! With a 90 day warranty and with the service we received, we would not hesitate to bring our Toyotas back to Eatontown. Thank you! KELLY T
