We came to your dealership interested in a RAV4 hybrid xls. Your internet sales person told us that he could get us a great lease on the upgraded rav4 prime. The lease cost quoted was over 200 less than we ended up paying. In addition, the on-site sales person told us that the car came with several features that the car does not have. So, we are paying more for a car that does not have the features that we thought we were getting. In addition, the sales team wasted our time taking another credit application when I told them that I already completed one. We then had to wait over an hour to see a finance manager. When we sat with the finance manager he did not explain all of the costs in detail. While we do like the car, we are not happy with the overall experience

Although I was not happy that a noise I heard turned into a new water pump the speed with the replacement and return of the car was fantastic. I’ve never had a car dropped off either. That was very nice since I worked until 8 tonight. Very friendly staff. Thank you again

As I told the manager, I am very dissatisfied with Toyota as a whole in regards to their loan car policy. My wife was without a car for work today which really made the day a big inconvenience. I offered to drop the car off the night before in both freehold and eatontown only to be told our tire pressure issue/flat tire doesn’t qualify for a loaner over night.the car was unsafe to drive as it was losing air pressure w slow leak or nail in the tire but apparently that’s not good enough apparently the car as to have a recall or another serious issue. Well that right there will have me reconsider buying another Toyota with that policy. What’s the point of offering loaners if you can’t get them when you want them. Major major turn off.
