The car was not ready an hour after I was told that it could be picked up. Paperwork was not printed until I went into the service area after waiting at reception.
The staff (especially Bob) were very courteous, provided me with shuttle service from the dealer to home and reverse. All the staff at Galaxy were friendly and generous with their time. I will continue to recommend Bob and Galaxy.

Although my credit is excellent and my driving record is outstanding, I am being charged an extra 110.00 a month to lease the same exact vehicle. It's been more than 2 weeks and I haven't received my registration and license plates. Now they are telling me 2 more weeks.unacceptable. Toyota in general appear to be poorly organized as they are confusing my new vehicle with the one that was totalled in an accident.
Everyone was absolutely polite. It didn't take too long for the diagnosis and repair. I have to say It was not a bad experience at all. Thank you.
Within 3 miles of leaving the dealership the problem returned. I tried to contact Mr. Majkowski about this event but was unable to speak with him directly and left a voice mail that was not returned prior to your service department closing for the day. As a result of not being given a loaner vehicle I lost a day's pay as well.
Jonathan was great and managed my service process from start to finish and kept me informed the entire time. When he discovered I was backed up with child care and work, he offered to have my car delivered back home for me. He’s a great manager and truly understands superior customer service. I keep returning to Galaxy Toyota service because of the service I receive from guys like Jonathan.
Mr. Sanchez was very professional, as well as informative, about the services I requested for my vehicle. His pleasant demeanor added a sense of appreciation for my using Galaxy to service my vehicle.
