Did not comply with the agreement.He said he would deliver the car to me in one day.He delivered the car to me at two days old.He said he would deliver my car to my house at 2 pm and only brought it at 5 pm.If I wasn't sure what time to deliver the car to me, didn't make an appointment, I kept waiting and he didn't do what he agreed.
It took a really long time 2 Hours) to repair/replace my tire.

At 8:20 am I walked into the area where the mechanics work and did not see my truck… maybe have your employees pay attention to those walking around and say” may I help you?”

My first time at Galaxy Toyota service. A great experience. Came in for standard service. Quickly greeted. Checked in. Stayed in waiting area. Philip came and got me, explained what was done and gave me a written statement.
Everything went quickly and smoothly.
Had a 3:15 appointment, Car didn’t get looked at until next day 5:00 pm. Sloppy job! Was told it costs $140 for the car to get looked at with the option to take down the rear sunshade. The rear sunshade was never taken down, and I was charged $180 for pure nothing. Waste of time, lousy service!
John was extremely helpful when I lost my keys. He quickly arranged for a loaner car that I could save the expense of renting a car for work.
The next morning, John canceled my order due to my grandson taking them home with him. He was wonderful to deal with and provided me with excellent customer satisfaction

Extremely detail oriented, thorough, and takes pride in his work. I think he is the best service manager that we have ever dealt with at many different dealers. Give Bob a raise because you just can’t find people like him anymore. 5 stars.
