Jonathan Sanchez was great. He listened to my concerns and kept me updated on my vehicle. Also thanks to the entire service department and the mechanics whom fixed my vehicle’s problem my first visit with Galaxy. Unlike the poor service and unresolved vehicle problem I received from Lakewood Toyota, Galaxy went the extra mile with my vehicle. I will have my other Toyota serviced at Galaxy as well. Thanks again.

We requested and paid to have tires and rims switched on our 2019 Tacoma which turned out to be incompatible with the truck and now the tire sensors won’t function until we pay to replace them which is an additional $1000 not covered by the warranty. Would have been nice to know this was a possibility before committing to the change.
